成立於2000年4月 主要經營項目以興建廠辦、住宅為主。 完成建案： 台灣各大企業(美德醫療集團、彰濱工業區、頂晶科技、凱聚股份、福田農場、日燦物流…等)之廠辦新建工程；另有國內集合住宅之興建，例如羅先生、陳先生住宅等。 海外工程有柬埔寨-曼哈頓經濟特區、信星鞋業集團、薛長興工業股份有限公司之廠房等。 進行中建案： 國內有木柵大師集合住宅興建工程進行中； 國外有曼哈頓經濟特區二期、美國杜邦紡織廠（柬埔寨磅針）、冠星紡織有限公司等大型工程在進行中。 Established in April, 2000.
